Customer Support: Provide customer support in a shift rotation to ensure timely issue resolution. Follow Coding Standards: Ensure adherence to organization coding standards and technical design. Version Control: Use TFS to Check-In/Check-Out code and update the status regularly. Technical Documentation: Prepare clear and concise technical documentation for resolved requests. Issue Escalation: Follow standard escalation procedures for unresolved issues, ensuring internal teams are engaged for timely resolutions. Team Knowledge Sharing: Share and transfer knowledge within the team for continuous improvement. Reporting: Provide daily activity reports to the Reporting Manager and adhere to organizational procedures. Required Skills & Experience To excel in this role, you should have: 1 to 5 years of experience in software development. Proficiency in ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, and C#. Experience with MS SQL Server, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, and Web API. Knowledge of PGSQL, and Kendo UI is a plus. Ability to troubleshoot, analyze and resolve issues with a detail-oriented approach. Strong communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams effectively.
