Operate and maintain accurate records in ERP systems (preferably Oracle) and ensure timely data entry and updates. Utilize MS Office tools for reporting, documentation, and analysis. Apply basic accounting principles for inventory reconciliation and stock audits. Monitor and control material movement receipts, issues, and stock transfers. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal control procedures. Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill material requirements efficiently. Contribute to continual improvement in store processes and systems. Candidate Profile Proficient in ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of inventory control principles and warehouse best practices. Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a growth-oriented attitude.
