Job Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for leading marketing & activation efforts for the respective division
Direct marketing activities to ensure that short and long range objective of the division are achieved
Develop and implement short and long range marketing plans and ensure its implementation
Making the marketing team the creative power house of the business, i.e. constantly challenging the internal and external status quo with new ideas, benchmarking competitive moves, initiatives and processes
Guide marketing and activation team to identify new markets, customer and geographies to assure portfolio growth,
Garner significant market share as well as prescription share for the portfolio by strengthening credibility with KOLs: Leverage KOL relationship to support market shaping initiatives in order to achieve competitive edge for the portfolio
Provide leadership on cross functional initiatives and ensure its implementation
Assure that all assigned personnel have the appropriate training and qualification to perform all duties and responsibilities.
Complying with training requirements to perform duties of job for self and team
Guide, train, motivate and develop team to be successful in their current roles and prepare them for new/ higher responsibilities
Observe and promote all Abbott compliance and local country regulatory requirements as defined per applicable regulations, rules and procedures established by the Company, and notifying any violation or deviation to the immediate supervisor or appropriate authority
