About the Role
As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and configuration of applications while acting as the primary point of contact. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage teams effectively, drive project success, and ensure smooth coordination across multiple teams. Your expertise in ServiceNow IT Service Management will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions and driving innovation in application development.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Lead and manage the team to ensure successful project execution.
- Take ownership of team decisions and overall project delivery.
- Engage with multiple teams, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Provide solutions that apply across teams, ensuring efficiency and innovation.
- Oversee the design, development, and configuration of applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the project.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must-Have Skills:
- Expertise in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Service Catalog
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework.
- Experience in ServiceNow administration and configuration.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for ServiceNow customization.
