Position Title: Associate Technical Sales Engineer I

A leading provider of secure and scalable workspace virtualization solutions, specializing in Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), application virtualization, and endpoint management.

Role Overview:

As an Associate Technical Sales Engineer, you will be part of the pre-sales and technical consulting team, supporting solution demonstrations (POCs), client requirement mapping, and implementation of Accops' products in cloud and on-premise environments. This role requires strong foundational technical knowledge, communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-sales support during Proof of Concept (POC) activities within defined TATs and SLAs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Security Analysts, and Product Development for solution alignment
• Participate in the deployment, configuration, and implementation of Accops solutions in cloud and on-premises virtualization environments
• Engage with Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and virtualization technologies to deliver robust client solutions
• Prepare and maintain documentation including:
  • Solution documents
  • Knowledge base (KB) articles
  • Preliminary analysis and incident reports
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents
• Analyze and reproduce customer issues, offer technical solutions or workarounds (e.g., scripts or configurations)
• Ensure thorough documentation aligned with internal processes and standards
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required

Technical Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of Desktop and Application Support
• Familiarity with computer networks and networking fundamentals (e.g., OSI Model)
• Hands-on experience with operating systems including:
  • Windows 7/8/10
  • Linux variants such as Ubuntu, Red Hat, Debian
• Understanding of basic network devices: firewalls, switches, routers
