Job Profile & Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain inventory efficiently, ensuring optimal stock levels to support operational requirements.
  • Operate and maintain accurate records in ERP systems (preferably Oracle) and ensure timely data entry and updates.
  • Utilize MS Office tools for reporting, documentation, and analysis.
  • Apply basic accounting principles for inventory reconciliation and stock audits.
  • Monitor and control material movement receipts, issues, and stock transfers.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal control procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill material requirements efficiently.
  • Contribute to continual improvement in store processes and systems.

Candidate Profile

  • Proficient in ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of inventory control principles and warehouse best practices.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a growth-oriented attitude.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process compliance.

Qualification :
Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Production Engineering

3 to 7 Years
