Job Summary

Responsible for branding, lead generation and sales enablement activities at Advaiya and their effectiveness. Helps in revenue growth by facilitating addition of new accounts and account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
  • Build and implement positioning and messaging at overall company level as well as for specific offerings and capabilities.
  • Ensure that consistent positioning and messaging is implemented across branding, promotion and sales activities.
  • Identify relevant KPIs for the team and overall function, and monitor the metrics on a regular basis
  • Maintain and enhance the company s website to ensure high quality digital
  • presence in line with the business strategy leading to establishing credibility and generation of leads.
  • Plan and execute required marketing campaigns, including ABM, email marketing, etc
  • Enable sales team by keeping the marketing and sales assets up to date
    Develop lead qualification, nurturing and prospecting processes, guidelines, content etc. (including scripts, presentations, communication templates, objection handling guides etc.)
  • Manage and maintain Advaiya profile on third-party websites, partner portals such as MS Partner Center, App Source, etc.
  • Gather and analyze information to identify new markets and customers, demand for Advaiya offerings and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identify needs for new offerings and services and makes recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate with the delivery teams for identifying, developing and promoting new offerings.
  • Collaborate, participate in, and coordinate promotional activities or trade shows.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience as a Marketing strategist or Marketing Manager
  • Marketing content development and management skills
  • Experience of designing and executing digital marketing campaigns (web, e-mail, social media, etc)
  • Practical understanding of CRM software and Content Management Systems
  • Good understanding of web design, SEO/SEM and web analytics
  • Understanding of technology services (C&I) business models. Understanding of the business applications and analytics space.
  • Program and team management skills
    Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • MBA in Marketing or relevant field preferred
