The right candidate would have following Skills & Experience: Good understanding of Salesforce platform and products Developing user stories and gathering business requirements Configuring Salesforce including workflows, validation rules, and security controls Ability to write functional specs and work with the technical team to create design specs Strong presentation, interpersonal & communication (written and verbal) skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio Ability to drive thought leadership and POVs Management degree from a good institute would be preferred
