Sales Manager

Location: Cochin

Experience: 7+ years in IT/Software sales

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or related field preferred

Core Responsibilities:

  • Set and drive sales targets aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Lead, coach, and train sales staff to meet performance benchmarks.
  • Oversee major client accounts and manage full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, marketing) for effective presentations, demos, and client engagements.
  • Prepare and present proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor strategies to inform sales tactics.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on monthly and quarterly revenue performance.
  • Drive branding and strategic sales initiatives to strengthen the company s presence in global markets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT/Software sector sales.
  • Proven track record in leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical ability to assess performance and market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to forecast revenue and manage performance assessments.

Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or related field preferred
