Job Summary

Key Responsibilities - Candidate would be responsible to support full cycle of recruitment - Source, screen, facilitate interview, and closure. - Independently source and scene candidates from various sources like LinkedIn, Instahyre, Xray Search, etc. - Support in hiring process and provide a high-touch experience for the candidate from the application to offer. - Provide day-to-day / weekly reporting on KPIs set up for the recruitment function. - Manage application tracking system - Assist with employer branding initiatives like hackathons etc. Preferred Experience / Background: - 0-2 years experience in talent acquisition / consultative selling. - Good understanding of technology, analytics, and data science eco-system - Excellent interpersonal skills, and willingness to work with cross-functional teams - engineering, data science, product, and design - Logical thinker. - Effective communicator, with ability to engage and sell. - Tech Savvy, willing to adopt best-in-class tools and practices for talent acquisition. - Willing to work in a fast-paced, startup environment. - Bachelor's degree in science/engineering/business/HR
