📍 Location: Gurgaon, India (Hybrid 3 days/week in office)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced RPA Developer with hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere (A360). In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy robust RPA solutions, lead innovation by evaluating new platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate business processes efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere
  • Act as a Solution Architect for RPA initiatives, aligning automation design with business objectives
  • Evaluate emerging RPA platforms and tools to enhance automation capabilities
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Create and maintain Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and test plans
  • Provide training and support to internal and external stakeholders on RPA tools and best practices
  • Mentor and support internal RPA teams, ensuring best practices are followed
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and reusability
  • Manage client communications, project status, and escalations to ensure satisfaction
  • Contribute to RPA governance, standards, and documentation practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5 7 years of experience in RPA development, with a focus on Automation Anywhere (A360)
  • Automation Anywhere Advanced or Master Certification is a must
  • In-depth knowledge of RPA concepts, lifecycle, and implementation best practices
  • Strong hands-on experience in:
    • Web and desktop application automation
    • Email, Excel, PDF, and image automation
    • OCR tools within Automation Anywhere
  • Solid understanding of process design, exception handling, and logging
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to Python, MS SQL Server, or other programming/database tools
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Experience evaluating or working with other RPA tools/platforms
  • Experience in leading/mentoring junior developers
