This entry-level role involves engaging with clients, demonstrating ERP solutions, managing software implementation, and building lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client project requirements and deliver impactful ERP product demonstrations to end-users.
  • Convert potential leads into strong business relationships by showcasing product value.
  • Execute ERP implementation and provide hands-on training to clients.
  • Deliver technical support and training remotely via calls or online sessions.
  • Test new software releases and provide actionable feedback to improve product quality.
  • Participate actively in internal and external training sessions.
  • Handle assigned tasks within estimated timelines.
  • Travel outside the city for client visits or company needs as required.
  • Attend all relevant product fairs and exhibitions, representing the company even if not officially participating.
  • Generate and submit daily work reports.
  • Report daily progress and challenges to Support/Sales Manager or Team Leader.
  • Adapt responsibilities based on evolving company requirements and individual performance.

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Freshers with a keen interest in ERP sales, software implementation, and client engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel and attend product fairs as required.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
