Amazon India: Amazon launched its first offering for Indian customers in Feb, 2012 with Junglee.com aggregating millions of offers (SKUs) from 1,000+ ecommerce sites providing product and price discovery to Indian customers. Amazon.in, the flagship marketplace, was launched in June 2013 with books. Over a period of 6 months post launch, multiple product categories were added to improve available selection for customers. Today, Amazon India operates at high speed in an exciting and rapidly changing Indian e-commerce landscape. It is a hotbed of creative ideas and constant innovation.

The Softlines Private Brands team is looking for a talented, smart, experienced and entrepreneurial Senior Program Manager to help us build an exceptional and authoritative fashion destination at Amazon. Our mission is to create a world-class fashion store where customers will discover, research and buy Earths Biggest Selection of apparel and related accessories.

Joining the Amazon Softlines Private Brands team means partnering with a dynamic and creative group who set a high bar for innovation in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You will manage the Amazon Accelerator program and be responsible for building the next generation of emerging private brands across all apparel and non-apparel fashion categories. This is an early stage initiative with a fast-paced, highly collaborative start-up like environment inside Amazon.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be flexible and entrepreneurial and comfortable operating with ambiguity. You should be passionate about the potential customer and business impact and will operate at all levels, diving deep into the operational details while providing strategic inputs for the development of the program. You will work with external manufacturers and internal stakeholders to launch new selection and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will also partner with global teams in developing and deploying scalable tools and processes to drive operational excellence and program growth.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Full-time Masters in Business Administration is required
10+ years experience in operations\ general management \ consulting \ sales fields
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated leadership abilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrated ability to manage multi-team, complex projects
Proven expertise in setting up processes and building playbooks
Ability to manage senior leadership relationships internally and externally
Relishes ambiguity and change; devises frameworks to resolve and prioritize
Consistently exceeds goals in driving business growth
