Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set the direction for the organization s project governance structure
  • Responsible for stakeholder and communications management
  • Responsible and coordinates all resourcing requirements for the project
  • Responsible for selecting the methodology that best aligns with the mission and vision of their assigned Project
  • Confirm scope, develop and/ or review estimates and assumptions
  • Manage scope, time and cost of the project
  • Measure and monitor progress at clearly defined checkpoints
  • Review and hold overall accountability of the changes of requirements
  • Create and maintain RAID log
  • Define team member roles and expectations and ensure timely feedback
  • Ensure that the project resources receive required training and enablement to deliver
  • Manages and perform activities associated to forecasting, reporting, resource planning
  • Support deployment of program management standard tools, process and procedures
  • Lead the resources and ensure that they are appropriately staffed to support project management needs at the enterprise-level

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Strong Leadership skills; planning and organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation;
  • Must be able to demonstrate maturity while under constant pressure from the business and technology community
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Negotiation with clients and cross level communication
  • 9-12 Years of Experience in Project Management & PMO environment
  • Project management certification (PMP , Prince2)/training would be an advantage
  • Experience in Agile project management
  • Must have experience with Project Management Tools like MS Projects and MS Office
  • Strong organizational skills required; including good time management skills
  • Ability and comfort interacting with all levels of management, business leaders and technology stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Motivated, reliable self-starter
  • Team player with a positive attitude
Minimum qualification requirement

Required - Bachelor's or higher education
