Job Summary - Create a plan for achieving target for each region for a specific product line
- Focus on promoting and following up on target for premium products
- Devise strategies to engage customers from each region on a periodical manner
- Create and establish relationships with high volume customers for each region
- Devise and execute sample strategy for premium products for each region and follow with a process to collect feedback effectively.
- Analyse performance of each region for premium products and devise strategies to improve market share.
- Discuss with regional teams to come up with a plan of action for premium products and to execute them with review being done periodically
- Develop a process to compare competition for all premium products for all the regions where there is a need and maintain a database for the same. This is to share the information to regional teams when needed during their approach to the customers.
- Formulate a process and lead the efforts to collect PMS report for premium IOLs at regular intervals
- Train the dealers and their staff and in some cases it will be training doctor s staff for AT IOLs
