Job Summary

Position Title: Technical Architect (7+ Years Experience)

Location: Navi Mumbai

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with a strong background in Java-based systems to lead the design and implementation of scalable, robust, and secure software architectures. You will collaborate closely with technology leaders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with technology managers and design teams to understand business objectives and technical requirements
  • Evaluate existing architecture and propose enhancements to improve scalability, performance, and maintainability
  • Design and develop scalable architecture for Java-based applications
  • Determine hardware and software infrastructure needs to support architectural plans
  • Identify and resolve design inefficiencies and system performance bottlenecks
  • Perform validation and performance testing to ensure system scalability and flexibility
  • Support development teams with application integration and technical guidance
  • Lead system performance evaluations and optimizations
  • Define infrastructure requirements by analyzing business processes, user interface needs, and operational workflows
  • Assess and recommend emerging technologies to align with business and operational goals
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive system documentation and reports

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient in Spring and Spring Cloud frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful and SOAP web services
  • Proven expertise in developing microservices-based applications
  • Strong knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with modern deployment tools and architectures like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Frontend development experience with HTML/HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as React.js and AngularJS
  • Working knowledge of messaging systems such as RabbitMQ and ActiveMQ
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
