Job Summary

Position Title: Technical Manager (7+ Years Experience)

Location: Navi Mumbai

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Technical Manager to lead a high-performing development team. In this role, you ll be responsible for project delivery, process compliance, team performance, and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a key role in shaping the team s growth, ensuring product quality, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor team performance for compliance, productivity, collaboration, and efficiency
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on project pipeline, execution progress, and team health
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and projects using Agile methodologies
  • Collaborate with Product teams to prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new IT staff
  • Develop and maintain individual and team development plans; track and adjust as needed
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Identify and resolve issues during testing and deployment phases
  • Inspire and lead the team to deliver high-quality solutions through innovation and technical excellence
  • Provide technical mentorship and conduct training sessions when necessary

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of modern software tools, development methodologies, and design techniques
  • Proficient in analyzing and resolving coding, testing, and deployment challenges
  • Familiar with client-server architectures and software system compatibility considerations
  • Experience with software troubleshooting and end-to-end development processes
  • Sound knowledge of databases (SQL/Oracle)
  • Excellent customer service orientation and stakeholder communication
  • Strong focus on quality, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
  • Effective multitasking, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general productivity tools
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
