We are seeking a motivated Customer Experience Manager to engage with prospective clients, manage end-to-end customer journeys, and contribute to business growth through effective client servicing and collaboration with relationship channels. Key Responsibilities
Client Meetings
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their financial needs and provide clear explanations of loan products and offerings.
Documentation and System Entry
- Collect and verify all necessary client information and documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of client data into the system.
Query Handling
- Address and resolve queries from customers and credit teams promptly.
- Oversee the entire loan process from file login to disbursement, ensuring smooth operations.
Business Development
- Collaborate with Relationship Channels to identify and create new business opportunities.
- Participate in campaigns and marketing activities to increase brand presence.
- Provide support to Relationship Channels as needed.
Achieving Business Targets
- Meet assigned business targets using leads from Contact Centers, Consultants, marketing efforts, and referrals.
