About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python (Django/FastAPI) on the backend, solid hands-on experience with ReactJS on the frontend, and familiarity with MongoDB and SQL databases. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable systems, designing REST APIs, and delivering full-cycle web solutions from development to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

• Develop scalable backend services using Python and frameworks like Django or FastAPI.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs that are secure, well-documented, and performance-optimized.
• Create and maintain automated tests for APIs (using Postman, pytest, etc.).

Frontend Development

• Build interactive, user-centric UIs using ReactJS, including API integration, component-based architecture, and state management.

Database Management

• Work with both MongoDB (NoSQL) and SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) databases.
• Design schemas, optimize queries, and ensure high data integrity and performance.

DevOps & Cloud Deployment

• Deploy applications using Docker and manage deployments on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
• Work with CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment workflows.

Monitoring & Logging

• Use tools such as ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, or AWS CloudWatch for monitoring application health and logs.
• Support production environments, debug issues, and ensure application uptime.

Collaboration & Best Practices

• Work closely with product managers, QA engineers, and designers to deliver features on time.
• Conduct peer code reviews, write clean and maintainable code, and follow secure coding practices.

Required Skills

Technical Proficiency

• Strong command of Python, especially with Django or FastAPI.
• Frontend development with ReactJS.
• Experience in REST API design and implementation.
• Proficient in MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Knowledge of ORMs, query tuning, and schema design.

DevOps & Cloud

• Hands-on experience with AWS services.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Testing & Monitoring

• Familiarity with Postman, pytest, and logging tools (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
• Comfortable using Git and standard version control workflows.
