Location: Lucknow

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will create visually engaging designs for both online and offline media. From product representations and social media graphics to print materials and website layouts, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality designs that align with our brand and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Concept Development: Plan and develop design concepts based on research, client needs, and project requirements.
  • Design Execution: Illustrate design concepts by creating samples, including layout, typography, color scheme, and style, and submit them for approval.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, such as web designers, marketers, and outside agencies, to ensure design coherence across all mediums.
  • Client Communication: Communicate clearly with clients to understand their design needs, and provide suggestions for layout and creative direction.
  • Design Creation: Develop a wide range of designs including logos, social media creatives, print materials, and web layouts using programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, etc.
  • Timely Delivery: Meet project deadlines and deliver designs on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Review & Improvement: Analyze final layouts, provide suggestions for improvements, and refine designs as needed to enhance overall effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a graphic designer with a portfolio of previous work.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Corel Draw and other graphic design tools.

Design Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of printing processes, printable formats, and design techniques for both digital and print media.
  • Time Management: Ability to work methodically and meet project deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

Qualification :
