Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for overall marketing strategy, planning and execution primarily focusing on digital channels.
2. Own marketing budgets and business results.
3. Accelerate sales and revenue programs.
4. Improve existing channels for better customer retention.
5. Strengthen brand awareness and market positioning.
6. Develop customer, competitor, and market intelligence.
7. Develop sales team and marketing team automation flow.
8. Establish and expand social media marketing channel.
9. Build and manage high performance team by setting up performance evaluation and compensation structure.
10. Collaborate with product development team to increase product value.

Qualification:

BTech + MBA from premier BSchools
3-6 years experience in B2B/SaaS firms
Exceptional quantitative and DI skills
Passionate, persistence, patience, ambitious, team player and keen learner
