Job Summary
- Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery.
- Collaborate in coming up with milestone plans, key deliverables, assumptions and dependencies etc
- Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary to ensure quality service delivery.
- Providing accurate and regular reports to the stakeholders on the performance of the service delivery
- Participate in all Agile ceremonies like - Sprint Grooming, Planning, Retrospectives etc
- Define best practices, code review processes for the team to follow
- Identify productivity and quality process improvements and incorporate as needed
- Guide the team in requirement closures, design, development, and verificationvalidation tasks
- Publish status reports with metrics to internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively identify risks & Dependencies and develop mitigation plans
- Establish strong relationships with client
- Strong understanding of eCommerce domain
- Experience in coordination between cross-functional cross-practice teams including conflict resolution.
- Experience in taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews.
- In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery.
- Expertise in people management and leadership.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong team work skills and attention to details.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Technical Skill Requirements : Agile project management, E-Commerce,integration, Delivery Governance, Jira management hygiene- Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery.
