Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling content like website content,sales playbooks, blog content, case study, industry reports that highlight the differentiated value to reach the target buyers
  • Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content
  • Write SEO and user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our users up for success
  • You ll build a plan for written content for Demand Generation in collaboration with marketing, and other verticals
  • You ll collaborate with designers, sales, external influencers, and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience
  • You must have domain expertise to develop positioning, messaging, and content that differentiates
  • Capillary in the market
  • Experience in strategizing and executing Persona Driven demand Generation content
  • Working on SEO content and helping the team rank on SERP
  • Strategizing, trend spotting topics and executing the content plan, email communication, articles, and other projects
  • Strategize and market content on multi platforms to achieve the desired goal
  • Understand buyer personas and influencers who they are, challenges their facing, and current use cases
  • Should be able to ideate and work along with the designer and video editor
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and excellent people and management skills

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in relevant technical field
  • 2-4 years industry experience as an effective technical content writer
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topic
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience working with engineering to improve user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content
  • Previous software development experience
