Job Summary

Job Description:


Create and sustain our employee engagement and communication framework.

Evangelize our values and support pulse check activities across all levels.

Manage role KPIs and metrics at all levels.

Support the business unit junior and middle management to implement HR plans and solutions .

Support the planning and implementation of talent management initiatives.

Partner with internal stakeholders to communicate the People & Culture interpretation of people policies and processes.

Work with business groups to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for employee engagement initiatives.

Partner with junior and mid management to drive interventions where identified.

Experience and Execution Essentials:

  • Bachelor s Degree in HR/related field. Master s degree preferred.
  • 2-7 years of demonstrated success in similar roles.
  • Demonstrated success with Employee Engagement platforms.
  • Knowledgeable about Indian labour laws.
  • A people s person; Passionate about building strong relationships and credibility with stakeholders.
  • Committed to meeting deadlines along with quality of delivery and functional reporting.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong English and Hindi language communication.
  • Strong prioritization and time-management skills.

Experience and Execution Nice to Haves

  • Experience over the growth phase of startups/SMEs.
  • Experience in managing HR projects.
  • Able to manage multiple role deliverables.
