Job Summary End to end management of all HR activities for the BU including On boarding, Employee Engagement, Performance Management and retention
Experience in designing On boarding programme for all levels(Entry, middle and Leadership) to enhance New Joiner On boarding experience
Experience in HR Process Improvement, implementation & HR Automation
Educate employee on competency framework, KRA setting and PMS
Skills Required :
Hands on Experience on MS Office (Mainly Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
Individual with high energy level, high level of initiatives, consistent and high performer in a similar role, good communicator, team player and interpersonal skill.
Sound knowledge of HR Policies & Practices.
Self-driven personality with an inclination to take on additional responsibilities and ensure delivery with high level of commitment

Qualification :
MBA-HR, B.Tech
Experience Required :

5 to 7 Years
