Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the international market (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
  • Generate leads via platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling.
  • Understand client requirements and provide them with appropriate IT service solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to create proposals and present them to clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 3 years of experience in business development for an IT service company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT service offerings and the sales lifecycle.
  • Experience working with international clients is preferred.
