Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the international market (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
- Generate leads via platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling.
- Understand client requirements and provide them with appropriate IT service solutions.
- Coordinate with technical teams to create proposals and present them to clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in business development for an IT service company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of IT service offerings and the sales lifecycle.
- Experience working with international clients is preferred.
