Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in Laravel and React to join our development team in Kolkata. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using Laravel (PHP) and React (JavaScript).
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend/frontend developers to define and implement new features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into the application ecosystem.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security for both frontend and backend components.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and production issues.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and advocate for tools and practices that enhance development processes.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Laravel (PHP) for backend development.
  • Deep expertise in React.js for building modern, responsive user interfaces.
  • Solid experience with MySQL or other relational database systems.
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend libraries/frameworks.
  • Understanding of state management tools such as Redux or Context API.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in full stack web development.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
