Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Native & React Developer to join our development team in Kolkata. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance cross-platform mobile and web applications. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver intuitive, scalable, and secure digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
  • Build and optimize dynamic, high-performing web applications using React.js.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to implement seamless user experiences.
  • Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following modern development practices.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries to extend app functionality.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues across mobile and web platforms.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in React, React Native, and related technologies.
  • Mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and foster team-wide best practices.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in React Native development, including experience with native modules for iOS and Android.
  • Strong command of React.js for web development, including state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
  • Proficiency in responsive web design and mobile-first development principles.
  • Deep understanding of RESTful API integration.
  • Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of professional experience with React Native and React.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
