Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient architecture solutions. Based in Kolkata, you will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements. Your expertise will drive technical excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Analysis & Solution Design

  • Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable, secure, and reusable architecture solutions.
  • Recommend optimal technology stacks and design patterns to ensure cost-effectiveness and scalability.
  • Leverage reusable components and past experience to accelerate development timelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to validate and refine requirements.
  • Provide detailed architectural diagrams and effort estimations to support project planning.

2. Technical Leadership

  • Mentor development teams by promoting best practices and fostering innovation.
  • Guide technical decisions to align architecture with business objectives.
  • Solve complex technical challenges with innovative, efficient solutions.
  • Lead workshops, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with development standards, performance metrics, and security best practices.

3. Risk Management

  • Identify architectural and operational risks early and define mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor system performance and scalability; address bottlenecks proactively.
  • Implement disaster recovery and failover strategies for high availability.
  • Assess third-party integrations and security threats, ensuring regulatory compliance.

4. Project Delivery

  • Ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and coding standards during development.
  • Conduct code reviews and optimize performance to maintain software quality.
  • Implement security, compliance, and data privacy measures.
  • Track code reuse and optimize development efficiency.
  • Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and system admins for smooth deployment and monitoring.

5. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, frameworks, and cloud-native solutions.
  • Promote continuous learning and improvement culture within teams.
  • Automate workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure to boost reliability and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline development, improve performance, and enhance productivity.

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Expertise:

  • Frontend: React.js, Next.js (preferred), Vue.js
  • Backend: Laravel, Express.js, Django (preferred)
  • Mobile: React Native
  • Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase
  • Cloud: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud (GCP), Serverless Computing
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
  • Security: OWASP practices, data encryption, access control

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Architect
  • Experience with enterprise architecture, microservices, and event-driven systems
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Qualification :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
