Qualification: Any graduation / post-graduation

Laptop / Desktop: To be managed by Interns during internship period

Duration-6 Month/Stipend will be given

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

• Intern -Talent Acquisition (TA) is the go-to person for all Talent Acquisition (IT & Non-IT across the Organization). The main duties will involve understanding the job requirement and closing the position in turn around time.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
• To perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
• To plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
• To take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
• Supervise recruiting personnel
• To organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centres or other events

To use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
