Job Summary

    Role Description


    We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager with experience in B2B marketing of SaaS products to global audiences. A Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for the go-to-marketing activities, product positioning, thought leadership content and ultimately driving customer growth of the cadenz products. You will be at the intersection of the marketing, sales and product teams executing on our product strategy and driving the tactics we need to drive success in sales and marketing. You ll be the expert on Cadenz use cases, personas, competitors in the market. You ll use your domain and product expertise to develop product positioning, messaging and content that differentiates Cadenz in the market. You ll partner closely with sales and product management to build the go-to-market plan and execute that plan to achieve results. The ideal candidate is a driven self-starter, a collaborator, a strategic thinker who enjoys rolling up his/her sleeves and has domain expertise in the areas of Customer Data Platform, CRM, Big Data and Analytics.

    Salient Responsibilities
  • Oversee product launches, feature releases, and product positioning
  • Create compelling content (presentations, web content, webinars, research reports etc.)that highlights the differentiated value
  • Develop vertical/OG marketing plan that serves to create awareness in the upper funnel and generate leads and nurturing to Marketing Qualified Leads and Sales Qualified
  • Leads with the eventual goal of converting to new business
  • Identify and execute on opportunities to introduce TheDataTeam's thought leadership (video, wp, webinars, events, case studies) to the selected vertical/OG audience
  • Multiply marketing assets/content from corporate initiatives to vertical/OG specific programs resulting in new leads
  • Manage vertical/OG marketing spend and measure and report the effectiveness of each program
  • Create innovative marketing programs through B2B marketing automation applying a test and learn approach to continue to improve reach and engagement
  • Set up marketing processes and structure for supporting all marketing initiatives
  • Provide branding and marketing support to other teams
    Required Education and Experience
    Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
  • 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor s degree, or
  • 6 years of relevant experience with a Master s degree
    Required Skills
  • 6+ years of Product marketing experience (Mix of Content creation-Analytics-Digital media-Creative conceptualization-Campaign management), in Enterprise Technology / B2B SaaS companies
  • 3+ years working closely in Sales, Pre-Sales or in a Field-facing role and an ability to understand the audience psyche
  • 3+ years topical experience in data / cloud / analytics
    Desired Skills
  • Deep domain expertise or industry-aligned experience BFSI, Telco or Retail sector
  • Demonstrated experience and proven track record in working in a highly technical and enterprise sales environment
  • A leader with a start-up like work culture who can independently build and scale new programs and manage teams effectively
  • Strong writing skills with experience building impactful content including; white papers,
  • interactive product demos, webinars, videos and case studies
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively and collaborate with service providers
  • Strong drive to achieve, learn
  • Data-driven marketing approach, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical
  • capabilities into business benefits.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and overall a can-do attitude.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability; Open to new ideas
