To list the competitors, their market share, customer wise and watch their activities constantly.
To set the export targets and outline the strategies to achieve them.
To review the targets on weekly basis to understand the deviation and take steps to achieve the targets or make corrections when required.
To deeply understand the pricing vis--vis companys product strengths and weaknesses and develop customer based pricing strategies. Also to minimise cost of marketing
Acquire complete products knowledge, so that proper feedback can be given to the company for product development or alterations to meet the competition.
