Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Technical Trainer to develop and deliver high-quality training programs for aspiring full-stack developers. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React, and database technologies, with a flair for teaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and conduct hands-on training sessions covering end-to-end Full Stack Development.
  • Develop training content, assignments, and assessments aligned with the syllabus.
  • Provide learners with real-world projects and coding scenarios.
  • Conduct interactive, engaging sessions both online and offline.
  • Guide learners on design patterns, coding best practices, debugging, and logical problem-solving.
  • Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest backend and frontend technology trends.

Technical Skills Required:
  • Databases: MySQL / Oracle, SQL CLI tools, MySQL Workbench
  • Backend: Java 11+, Spring Boot (Spring Core, REST APIs, JPA)
  • Frontend: HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
  • Frameworks: Angular 13+ or ReactJS 18+
  • Tools: Eclipse, Spring STS, VS Code, IntelliJ/WebStorm, Postman
  • Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Java/JavaScript-based Full Stack Development.
  • Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or corporate instructor is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and explain them clearly.

Qualification :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience Required :

Minimum 5 Years
