This is a Project Controller role reporting to the Local Business Area Controller in Process Automation Business Area located Peenya, Bengaluru, India. You will be primarily responsible for controlling Projects and Tenders by supporting in all financial and commercial matters and actively driving the project€™s performance.

Your responsibilities

• Screen through the Tenders provide clear feedback to sales and tender team on financial risks and opportunities.
• Develop new local Process and implement in line with Tendering Instruction.
• Establish and oversee the processes across the business to obtain transparent and reliable tender financial data.
• Ensure support to tendering teams and risk management in establishing exposure and cash flow curves, forex hedging, costing consolidation and optimized tax set-up in consultation with commercial and tax experts.
• Ensure Gross Margin and Net Margin of Tenders submitted are in line with Hub Division Tendering Instructions and deviations are prior approved.
• Participate in project handing over from tender stage to execution including the kick-off meeting with customer.
• Review the cost estimate of each element before the current estimate is uploaded for all the projects and perform proper assessment of the risk and contingencies.
• Participate in project revenue planning, project cash flows, internal controls, project cost optimization, Customer meetings.
• Ensure project revenue recognition as per accounting and reporting guidelines of the company.
• Drive and support project management team on the claim management process and ensure it is submitted on time in coordination with contract and legal team.
• Ensure that the financial information reported in PR+ and SAP are reconciled to the Project Review Reporting.

Your background

• 10 -12 years of Project Controlling experience
• MBA (Finance), CA, ICWA preferred.
• High Level working knowledge in SAP ECC 6: PS; FICO; MM & SD modules
• Well versed with MS Office, SAP, ERP, Business Intelligence reports and Internet Applications.
• Required to have strong communication and ability to drive overall project performance.
