Beat Trainer - Telecom Sector (retail) Job in Centum Learning Limited

This will include but not limited to:

• Prepare Training Calendars/PJP and get business sign offs
• Conduct Product & Sales training as well as Audit sessions in the assigned zone
• Ensure highest quality of training is delivered
• Conduct new employee induction through NHIP program
• Conduct in-depth evaluation of the impact of the training programs
• Provide feedback to trainees, support & coach them and share their feedback with the line managers
• Attend zonal reviews and present reports
• Ensure 100% compliance in preparation of reports and other internal processes
  

• Candidate must be minimum a Graduate with 3-4 years of experience in Telecom Retail Training
• Candidates from Telecom Industry or Sales Training background will be given preference
