Job Summary
- Graduate or Post-graduate with experience in sales and business developmen
- Specific experience in Staffing or Consumer Service and Retail (CSR) industry business development role involving either hunting or farming of clients
- Good English Communication skills written and oral
- Knowledge about the current market trends related to staffing services
- Direct sales/business development background ( not inside sales)
- Direct Account management skills and client relationship management skills
- Proven ability to handle revenue targets is a must
- Handle revenue streams from new client acquisition for Non-IT staffing for Ciel HR
- Handle targets on Gross Profit, contract resource numbers, new client signups
- Responsible to drive signups with prospective clients.
- Ensuring market coverage with Enterprise, SMB and start-ups
- Work with Delivery/Recruitment, Operations & Payroll teams to ensure new client requirements are serviced immediately and efficiently
- Work with the 40 offices of Ciel across India and ensure co-ordiantion on delivery and acquisition of clients spread across pan-India
- Uphold the brand of Ciel and Ma Foi in the market and ensure customer satisfaction
