Responsibilities andDuties

Provide technologyconsulting services to law firms and corporates

Understand underlyingtechnologies to analyze patent portfolios and help solve clients coretechnical queries

Lead teams conductingresearch & analysis, including but not limited to technology research,technology due diligence, market research, prior art searches, target scouting,invalidity analysis, infringement analysis and claim charting

Explain complextechnology matters to non-technical audiences

Handle calls with USbased clients who include Industry Experts, Corporate Counsel, CEOs, Startupfounders, IP litigators etc

Work with product teamsto guide development & testing of Ciphers technology platforms

Showcase technology andIP thought leadership via blogs and research reports

Collaborate across theorganization in-person and with virtual, global teams

Establish and cultivaterelationships internally and externally

Expected Competencies| Skills

Lead teams in thecapacity as project manager, team lead, product manager etc.

Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills, especially in technical writing

Proficiency in technicalresearch

Ability to thinkcritically, learn fast and work with minimal supervision under tight deadlines.

Entrepreneurial andgo-getter attitude.

Education andExperience

BTech/ M.Tech inComputers, Electronics, Communications or Electrical Engineering from premiercolleges such as IITs, BITS Pilani, and NITs

3-6 years of experiencein relevant Tech industry e.g. Telecom, Software, Semiconductor and Cloudcomputing.

Experience with IP matters(infringement analysis, EOUs, prior art searches, landscaping, etc.) ispreferred.
