Purpose of role: The purpose of this role is to ensure the timely and high-quality release of reports & dashboards for various stakeholders (Business Unit & Global Function) within Clariant. Responsibilities Ensure timely and high-quality report releases for stakeholders (Locally & Globally). Verify data accuracy and consistency across reports. Identify and resolve discrepancies in reporting. Enhance productivity through automation Lean practices, addressing potential bottlenecks. Identify process improvement opportunities in data collection and analysis. Implement best practices in data analytics and reporting. Ensure deliverables meet stakeholder requirements. Collaborate with business units to understand reporting and analytics needs. Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and efficiency Requirements Graduate preferred in BSC.IT, BCA, or MCA. 3-5 years of analytics experience, particularly with VBA macros and Advanced Excel. Extensive experience in creating reports & dashboards. Knowledge of SQL or Power BI is a plus. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
