Full Stack Developer

About the Role
We re looking for an experienced and driven Full Stack Developer to join our team in Bengaluru. This role involves leading the development and maintenance of enterprise applications, ensuring strong communication with internal stakeholders and clients, and actively participating in project planning and execution.
As a Full Stack Developer, you ll work closely with the Application Manager, Project Manager, and Managing Director to deliver high-quality software solutions using modern development practices and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, plan, and manage both internal and external communications for assigned applications in collaboration with the Application Manager and Project Manager.
- Provide regular project updates to the customer and Managing Director.
- Co-lead Project Board meetings with the Managing Director.
- Flag any issues that could impact the business relationship with the customer.
- Take ownership of end-to-end product development, from design to deployment and ongoing support.
Technical Skills Required
We are specifically looking for candidates with strong expertise in the following technologies:
Frontend:
- React.js and/or Vue.js (must-have)
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (strong working knowledge)
Backend:
- ASP.NET (C#)
- .NET Framework
- .NET Core
DevOps & Deployment:
- Experience managing information systems in production using DevOps principles.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and cloud infrastructure is a plus.

- Solid product development background with a passion for building scalable, maintainable software solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
