Job Overview

Create/Maintain Relationship with clients. Stay connected with subscription holders for their training requirements. Work as a bridge between Retails Sales Team and Training Team/Operation Team for the after sales support.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Start conversation with client to make repo. with them immediately after the deal closure.
• Sharing training calendar & taking nominations before the batches.
• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Making sure training assets has been procured before the batches.
• Helping clients with the Exam Vouchers and keeping track of the same.
• Taking feedback from the clients every now and then for making the experience better.
• For Job Guarantee programs: Scheduling Eligibility Interviews with HR, Helping Participants to connect to the right person for the queries, Taking and maintaining Attendance report, Sending Schedules, making sure feedback form is filled, Connecting with participants for the weekend class confirmation/reminder.

Requirements

• A bachelors degree from recognized University.
• 2-6 years experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
