Job Summary

What You ll Do for Us Evaluate current warehousing operations and identify areas for improvement. Design, develop, and implement automated systems to increase efficiency and accuracy in warehousing processes, in coordination with external vendors and global SMEs. Monitor the performance of automated systems, making adjustments as necessary. Troubleshoot issues with automated systems, diagnosing problems and implementing solutions. Develop and manage project plans, including scheduling, testing plans, and startup plans. Collaborate with various team members, including warehouse staff, IT professionals, and management, to ensure that warehousing processes and automation projects meet organizational needs. Keep up to date with advancements in warehousing technologies and processes. Provide training and support to warehouse staff to use the automated systems and processes efficiently. Ensure all automated systems comply with safety regulations and standards. Document all processes and changes, and create local user manuals or instructions. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 3-5 years experience in the field of warehousing, distribution or logistics operations. Proven experience in warehousing processes and automation or a related role. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and management. Proficient in automation technologies and warehouse management software. Excellent project management skills. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems. Strong communication and team collaboration skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in warehouse operations. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Ability to provide training and support to staff. In-depth knowledge of warehousing management systems (SAP EWM preferred), warehousing processes (Inbound, Picking, Outbound) and equipment (ASRS, AGV, AMR). In depth knowledge of local warehousing and logistics requirements. Strong Communication and networking skills.
