Job Summary: Designing, developing, and implementing innovative IPA solutions. Modeling and developing automation processes during the project development stage. Updating and maintaining Developer Standards around IPA best practices. Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations. Investigating and documenting better practices/alternative solutions. Understanding and designing business processes for automation. Setting up, testing, and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error. Producing process documentation to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward. Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and preventing any potential bugs. Deployment of developed automations in production as per the standards and best practices. Expertise in leading automation tools, e.g., UiPath, AI Centre, Kore.AI. Proficiency in programming languages, such as VB+, .NET, Java script, Python. Basic knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Main Responsibilities: Ready to innovate and explore what s possible in the world of Process Automation. Work cross-functionally with business operations and business SMEs to create and optimize workflow processes. Lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, testing, and fixing bugs. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of hands-on experience on IPA tools and cognitive platforms such as RPA, Chatbot, IDP. UiPath experience is highly preferred. UiPath RPA Developer certifications preferred. 2+ years experience in any of the programming languages like Java script, Python, VB Script, .Net. Able to design technical specification documents for IPA Projects. Experience developing and consuming APIs. Experience with Agile development methodology. Experience in designing, development, testing and deployments. Understanding of workflow-based logic. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Superior time and task management skills. Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders. Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences. Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods. Ability to work through ambiguous situations. Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects. Experience architecting and developing workflow-based solutions or functionality. Must be able to multitask and willing to work on multiple projects at a given time. Ability to work to deadlines and manage expectations. Ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and business needs into technical specifications. Good understanding of architecture and infrastructure. Possesses strong learning agility. Experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL) often preferred. Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning. Understanding of SAP modules (FI, O2I, P2P etc.) is preferable.
