Job Vacancy for Business Analyst - Experience Candidates

Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in any stream. MCA / BCA would be preferred. Job Description: - Responsible for capturing, consolidating, and creating/validating business requirements for various analytical projects involving product management, customer lifecycle management, etc. - Understand business processes, link business data with data captured during business processes, and create conceptual/logical data models. - Translate outcomes from statistical models into business solutions that can be applied on the ground. - Responsible for understanding requirements and implementing innovative solutions to achieve operational efficiency using data management tools. - Lead and support strategic business initiatives focused on business intelligence and analytics by coordinating with different stakeholders (Internal and External). - Responsible for the application of mathematical /statistical models to achieve the desired objective. - Responsible for Continuous coordination with the business users to monitor the effectiveness of implementation and provide feedback for improved model building. Roles And Responsibilities: -Logical Thinking. -Good Communication Skills. -Good hold on English is a must. -Sincerity towards work, ability to find and learn. Skills: - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand user requirements and translate them into analytical projects including defining hypothesis - Ability to bridge the gap between analytics and business communications - Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Ability to use Tableau & MS Office specifically MS Excel & MS Powerpoint, MS Access a plus - Should be innovative and a self-starter
