Job Summary

Job Description: As a Marketing Communication Specialist, you will be responsible to ensure all internal and external communications are clear, concise and value-add. Additionally, this role oversees communications channels to deliver content to the right audiences at the right time and in the right channel. In this role, you will work with the various business groups to develop strategic communications initiatives that engage with pre-defined target groups. Roles and Responsibilities Develop communication plans for marketing programs including stakeholder mapping, communications strategy, design, and multi-channel implementation. Provide executive communications support for the CEO / CMO and business leaders including developing exec announcements and customer presentations. Develop web, email & social content and creative execution to provide a consistent, target and impactful message to internal and external audiences. This may include integrated campaigns, blogs, webinars, video series and emails, etc. Contribute ideas for new events by researching and recommending annual business objectives. Stay informed of relevant developments in the field to foster ideas and innovation. Desired skills and experience A master s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related technologies (Cloud, SaaS, CRM environments will be a plus). Content Marketing or content writing Certifications (SEMrush, Udemy, Hub spot etc.). 10+ years of written and verbal communications skills, with an ability to effectively communicate business plans, ideas, and recommendations through detailed narratives. Proven experience and records of achievement in digital marketing services. Minimum of 5+ years of familiarity and expertise with digital marketing content creation, including blogs, emails, and videos. Familiarity with email marketing programs. Track record of working with cross functional teams on capturing concepts and translating these to presentations. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Ability to work independently and in a strong team environment, and to deliver on detail as well as strategy.
