Job Summary

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through lead follow-up.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements.
  • Learn sales-related features and advantages of entire products and services.
  • Ensure to maintain a professional attitude to deal with prospects and customers.
  • Explain clearly and precisely, features and advantages to the customers in non-technical terms.
  • Diligent follow-up.
  • Achieve Monthly and Annual sales targets.
  • Maintain strong MIS of all leads and accounts.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Any graduates/ diploma/postgraduates can apply.
  • Minimum 1 year in Sales/ Telesales/ Business Development process experience.
  • OR smart and sales-passionate fresher candidates.
  • Willing to come to Bangalore office for 1-week training
  • Candidates who are well-versed in Coding are preferred.
  • Fluent in Kannada/Tamil/Telugu, Good command of the English language.
  • You should have an Android mobile phone.
