Job Summary

Job Title: MSBI Developer | 2-5 Years Experience | SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled MSBI Developer with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Business Intelligence (MSBI) tools and SQL Server technologies to deliver robust business intelligence and data analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and deploy ETL packages using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
  • Design and generate reports with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
  • Perform data analysis and modeling with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)
  • Manage migration and deployment activities across the MSBI tool stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)
  • Monitor SQL Server jobs, perform troubleshooting, and execute bug fixes as part of SQL Server DBA activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data visualization and presentation needs, delivering high-quality BI dashboards and reports
  • Analyze large, multi-dimensional datasets to provide actionable business insights

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Transact-SQL (T-SQL) programming
  • Expertise in SQL Server 2012 and 2016 versions
  • Strong knowledge of SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS for BI solutions
  • Experience in migration and deployment of MSBI solutions and SQL Server objects
  • Ability to monitor and maintain SQL Server jobs, ensuring smooth operation and prompt issue resolution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for data visualization best practices
  • Experience working with large datasets and complex business data models

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in Fintech, Banking, Credit, or Payment industries is a significant advantage
