Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Develop growth strategies that balance financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Research new markets and customer needs to drive strategy
  • Arrange meetings with clients to expand business opportunities
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate/Graduate degree in business administration, sales, or other relevant field
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role, with experience managing multiple showrooms and driving business expansions Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in English; knowledge of regional languages a plus
  • Market knowledge in the luxury space
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
