Implementation Engineer

Qualification: Any Graduate/Diploma/MCA/BTech

Experience: 5+ years of experience

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Implementation Engineer to join our team. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with clients to ensure maximum satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Software Installation & Configuration:

• Implement, install, and configure software solutions onsite at client locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any software issues by working closely with the development team.

SQL Scripting & Customization:

• Develop and modify SQL scripts to install new clients and add new functionality.
• Assist with client database script customization and troubleshooting to meet specific client needs.

Server & Web Service Configuration:

• Collaborate with external vendors to configure server domains, routers, firewalls, SSL certificates, and web services to ensure a secure and functional environment.

Testing & Issue Documentation:

• Execute test plans and document issues encountered during the implementation process.
• Communicate and prioritize bugs with the development team for new software releases.

Client Communication & Support:

• Work closely with clients, providing excellent support and solving customer queries related to software implementation.
• Build and maintain healthy business relationships with clients, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Perform any other duties related to the role as needed to support the team and ensure smooth operations.

Skills & Requirements:

Communication Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).

Technical Expertise:

• Ability to conduct a scope study at client sites and effectively communicate the findings with the development team.
• Basic knowledge of software coding (e.g., HTML) for customizations.

Database Knowledge:

• Experience in Oracle DBA is a plus but not mandatory.

Problem-Solving Skills:

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Strong technical aptitude for configuring and optimizing client systems.
