Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To market and sell all products of the Deejay Coconut Division (Hybrid Coconut Seedlings & other Agricultural related trading products) in a timely manner
  • To build the required team ahead of the need, to ensure continuous support and service to all customers, which should result in getting orders for all seedlings produced by the Organization
  • To be responsible for achieving the Regional sales targets & goals as set by the Management
  • To formulate customer service policies & procedures and focus on the service aspect and the Vision & Credo of the Deejay Group, being a prime cause of spontaneous sales
  • To plan and implement strategies to expand the customer base in new market segments
  • To keep abreast of the competition in the market area and guide the Management on strategies to stay ahead
