What youll need to be successful:

The Customer Support role requires confidence in the ability to multi-task and speak to a wide demographic of people from across the country. Specific activities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Respond promptly, courteously, and knowledgeably to customer service inquiries
  • Process new system orders and special replacement shipments
  • Achieve and provide exceptional customer service while always maintaining a friendly, patient demeanor over the phone with our customers
  • Communicate with exemplary interpersonal skills in the workplace
  • Comfort with technology and ability to provide technical assistance for basic consumer electronics and software is critical
  • Ability to work well independently and also in a team environment
  • Requires the ability to follow direction and expertly address any customer concerns

Starting Pay scale

Basic 15,000/- monthly + benefits

Working time pattern

This is a 6-day work week with flexible shifts between 9:00am and 11:00pm.
